Creating a New Style Sheet Creating a New Style SheetTo create a new blank style sheet, press [CTRL+n]. You can then begin adding rules to your new style sheet by typing them in or using the New Selector dialog. To add and edit properties, use Style Insight or the Style Inspector.
You can also create new style sheets from templates, or from an HTML page, using the New Style Sheet dialog [CTRL+SHIFT+n]
